What we collect

• Supplier details: name, supplier code, contact person, area and phone number(s).
• Delivery records: truck number, date, paddy type, truck weights, number of bags and lab test results.
• Photos of lab slips and of paddy samples taken at our premises.
• WhatsApp messages you send to our business number, including voice notes and photos, and the delivery status of our messages.

How we use it

• To weigh, test and settle each delivery, and to keep a record of it.
• To send you your truck's lab result and any deduction on WhatsApp, and to answer your questions about it.
• To pass your question to our Purchase In-charge when a person needs to reply.

We do not send advertising on WhatsApp and we do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that process it for us, under their own security and privacy terms:

• Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform), to send and receive WhatsApp messages.
• Our hosting and database providers, where our records are stored.
• An AI service used to read lab slip photos and to transcribe voice notes. The results are always checked by our staff.

We may also share information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Delivery and payment records are kept for as long as needed for our business and legal (including tax) obligations.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to our WhatsApp number to stop receiving messages; reply START to receive them again.
• Contact us to see, correct or ask us to delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
